Making a Purchase
… could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on the “Add to Basket” button of any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click "Checkout". You will then be asked to log in. If you are a first time customer, you will need to register with your email address, contact details and select a password before proceeding to checkout.
Payment
We accept credit card payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. To use the online payment facility you will need to have Java enabled on your computer. If you encounter any problems, please call us on 0131 347 9808 and we can take your order and card details over the phone.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the retail price where applicable.
Shipping and Handling
All shipping costs to UK addresses are as quoted. If you require shipping to countries in the EU or worldwide, there will be an additional shipping charge. Please email us for a precise quote.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible – normally within seven business days. International orders can take up to four weeks.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the details on this website are correct. However, prices and availability may be subject to change without notice – we will always contact you to advise of any changes or corrections that may affect your order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.
Returns Policy
If, for any reason, our products fail to meet your expectations please contact us.
If you would like to return any items, you can do so within 30 days. We will refund the full value of the goods. Postage charges are not normally refunded, unless items are found to be faulty.
If you need to return a large consignment of items, please contact us first! We will attempt to collect the goods from you.

Scottish Bible Society will never disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store your details once registered.
