Celebrating 200 years

2009 will mark the 200th anniversary of organised Bible work in Scotland.

We are extremely grateful to God for his goodness, for the courage and pioneering spirit of individuals and the generosity of Scottish supporters down the years.

As we look to the future, we want to use this occasion to celebrate the unchanging power of the Word of God and allow it to do its work.

During 2009 we would love to take the Bible to places it wouldn't normally go, to all parts of our society and culture, communicating its truth in fresh ways ... with words and music; through drama and modern art; on TV and in favourite dailies.

And more ... stand with us as we resource the church in Scotland and reach our nation with the good news of Jesus Christ.
